Originally located on Union Street, after 24 years the ownership was passed from mother to daughter and has since been located on Juniper hill rd for the past 6 years. My current stylist Jenn is on "Baby- Cation" AKA maternity leave. I was referred to Diana Cruz by one of my clients. I have long curly hair, as well as a sensitive scalp. I am very very selective & demanding . . . .to say the least! The Townhouse Beauty Bar is a very quaint & elegant boutique salon located on Charles St in Beacon Hill. I was very nervous . . .that . once again; my "trim" would turn out to be a bob lol. I was presently surprised! Diana is an amazing listener & extremely talented with long hair. Her blow-out was so relaxing I would book with her weekly. She has a very charming & glamorous persona. When I sat in her chair I instantly trusted her. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends & clients. Thankyou Diana!
I have heard so many wonderful things about this salon that I attempted to book appointments for hair and makeup before a wedding. Sadly, I called twice to make an appointment/confirm my appointment. But each time they stated they didn't have me on the schedule. So disappointed .
I went to see Kerry for an eye lash refill very dissatisfied...she took 1hr 30mins to do a refill and after 1week and three days my eyelashes was falling out. I called to complain she said I would have to pay 180.00 dollars to fix it that's her policy!! Ridiculous!! Don't think she knew what she was doing.
My wife and I got our makeup and hair done here before our wedding and do not have enough good things we can say about our experience. Justin did such a great job styling our hair and creating the look that we each wanted and Carrie did an amazing job with makeup, giving us our desired natural look that showed up great in our photos. We also had a pretty short timeline in between hair and makeup and the actual ceremony, and Justin and Carrie were able to get both of us done within the timeframe they set, which helped keep the morning pretty much stress-free! Would absolutely recommend coming here!
Great atmosphere in this tiny lil place. It's cute, clean and quite intimate. It's more on the higher end side but it's worth every penny. Justin is the only stylist I trust to work on my bird's nest of a head of hair. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. There's a reason why it was Best of Boston in 2019!
Amy Bailey is an exceptional artist and creates natural eyelash extension masterpieces. She is a perfectionist and takes great care to give you the "look" you want. I have been seeing Amy for 7 years now and my lashes are still as healthy as ever AND I don't have to wear mascara!
Diana did a beautiful job touching up my balayage. Great salon with a variety of salon services! Friendly and sweet team working here! Thanks diana!
Absolutely beautiful work by Gregory W. Perfect color, amazing blending- I could not be happier, and it looks so natural. He's definitely a master of his craft, wonderful experience!
