Had a car loan at 9% for 6 years and they wouldn't waive some late fees even after knowing their website was not working right. Also didnt return phone calls in a reasonable time. I would never refer anyone to this credit union.

Long time generally satisfied customer. Beware of overdraft fees with no notification.

$420 in fees and you only receive notice weeks after the initial fee. Closed my account ASAP
