I love this place. i applied for a loan, and the next day i got my answer. the rep that assisted me answered my every question and returned all my phone calls in ta timely matter. Her name is Nancy to be exact. The reason why i cant give it 5 stars is because the lady at the front desk had a terrible attitude. Other than that they help me out a big deal !! I will be staying with credit union for a long time.

Horrible customer service over the phone been waiting for an hr it wont allow me to submit my number for a call back I am extremely disappointed and pissed off ...and Im still waiting while I type this ..just awful
