Don't listen to the negative reviews!! This office is wonderful! Arturo at the front desk was so kind and helpful and got us in right away. Everything was clean and organized. The nurses were efficient and very friendly. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and although I know he was busy he did not rush in and out like most. My daughters visit went the same, the nurse even put numbing cream on her arm before drawing blood and she didn't feel it at all!! I highly recommend this office!

The wait might be long, but the staff and doctor certainly makes up for it, they are an exceptional TEAM

The front desk is very rude. I called to ask some questions, he was very rude, very impatient and yelled to me all the way. Very bad! Will not go there anymore.

Do not waste your time. Dr Gibbs needs to get an all new office staff that can actually support him. Need a refferal? Forget it. Going on 6 weeks now and still have no referral. The staff is lazy and "will get to it when I have time", sends referrals to doctors you don't need to see, etc.

Awful! Stay AWAY! Made an appt online via their website. I was called 2 hrs prior to appt time and told the online system doesn't work and that the Dr. wasn't even there that day. No apologies, nothing! Although frustrated, I rescheduled for a different day. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make that appt. (my sis in law had her baby) when I called to reschedule, I was yelled at and told to pay a $45 fee. (This was going to be my first time ever appt btw.) When I told the guy I did not agree with that, especially considering they had just cancelled on me 2 days prior and I didn't charge a fee, LOL, he demanded my credit card number. I refused, obviously. He continued to yell and threatened to send me to collections. Seriously?? That money hungry??
