We have worked with many realtors in the past but none as good as Ethan! He was very knowledgeable about the different costs and considerations in restaurant businesses and leasing the restaurant spaces. He helped us feel comfortable with the numbers and was very responsive to all our questions. He also connected us with a wonderful architect who will be helping us utilizing the space to its full potential. Also. the owner, John Nobel is attentive and meticulous in the details. We are grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome real estate broker in San Diego!

If you walk down Garnet Ave, you'll see tons of closed down shops, and just about every one of them has a "JN Financial Services" sign in the window. If you are considering starting a new business, please do your research and consider leasing from someone else. There must be a reason why all of these businesses closed down so quickly, while the neighboring businesses who leased from other companies are thriving.

Pathetic excuse of a company. Customer service is terrible. Very rude and unprofessional. Tried applying to become a tenant at an apartment complex on 36th and University. Lost 70 dollars with no response as to wether we were denied or not. Our application and money orders were lost. They said they never received anything. Spoke to Michael S (apartment complex manager), Vicki, Blanca, and Sheri (poor excuse of a manager, very rude and disrespectful). All were no help. Ended up losing 70 dollars for nothing. Don't do business with them! I have emails to prove how unprofessional they are! No wonder they can't find tenants for their properties!

very poor management apartments are dirty. cockroach infested. they only want money won't do maintenance on problems. i wouldn't even rate it a 1
