I really wish it gave me an option of 0 Stars! Over the past few months I have had to call in to check my balance on my account because their new system keeps locking me out of the mobile app and online banking. I have called many of times to request assistance no one called me back or they call me back they get it working and then the system doesn't work after that! It is something on their side when they when I request to have a password sent to me via email and never comes through or if they try to send something to me by text it doesn't come through and it is very frustrating to be a part of this bank and my only goal right now is to get everything situated so that I can close it and never deal with them again

The mortgage folks are a disorganized mess.  I went to the title company yesterday to close my re-fi and signed papers; some of which had the wrong date.  Mind you this is two weeks before I had hoped to close and well over a month from my application.  Today the title company calls again and said they sent a whole package of papers for me to sign.  yes, the day after I closed.  And, the sent the title company my tax returns for me to sign that they were my tax returns.  I thought that's why I signed them originally.  These people don't know what they are doing.

Aaron Brand contact me from BofI in late Feb.  He asked me for business and he seemed a nice enough guy, so I completed a long application and submitted many documents.  I am the CEO of Proofsmartfood and we represent The Sugar Solution. Our mission is clear, we are heading the fight against diabetes and obesity.  Shortly thereafter I got a short email from Mr Brad, accusing me of false accusations.
He discriminated against myself and the company under false pretenses. We represent such a great cause it was shocking and took some time to get over.   
I am sure if he discriminated against me he has discriminated against others.
They continued to badger me emailing me afterword’s as if to add insult to injury.  I want them to stop harassing me. 
I attempted to go see them yet they dont seem to have an address?  I have filed a complaint with Office of Comp controller case # 1432F4A2018

Well this is the bank that H & R block uses to pay you tax return owed to you. 
I have been waiting over a month for my return to be paid to me!!!!
I have spend weeks  and countless hours of calling just to be transferred around to different people. No one can tell me where my money is!!!!  I found out they deposited it into the wrong account then mailed it to a wrong address had me fill out all kids of forms still no check.  
No one can help!!! Where is the customer service at???? Where are the supervisors at????? I keep asking for one I get sent to another person NOT a supervisor!!!! I made 4 requests for contacts by a supervisor never once has one called!!!!
Can anyone at this bank do anything right? I run a business and i would have been shut down if i handled my customers this way!!!!!
I don't get it !!!! I m at a loss. Who does bissness this way????

I did contact them.  Still no resolution????

I used an atm provided by their website to not get charged to pull out money from my emerald card. Needless to say not only was i charged $3 per transaction but i was charged an additional $3 for using the atm.
