Wow, I brought my whole family and this place was clean, friendly and just overall a perfect fit for the experience I was hoping for. The ultrasound tech was so patient and sweet, her and all the staff made me and my family feel comfortable. I will ABSOLUTELY go back to determine gender! Thank you First Look Sonogram!

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here. We did the 50$ package to find out the gender of our baby. I am 15 1/2 weeks.  The gentleman in the front was very informative as well as friendly, telling us stories on his experiences as a parent. We were a little early for our appointment, so once 4:30 hit we were called in right on time. There was no crazy wait time which I really liked. Once we got in, our ultra sound tech made sure we wanted to find out the gender and double checked to make sure it wasn't supposed to be a surprise which I appreciated. She was quick to tell us we were having a boy within about 2 minutes of the appointment. I liked that she spotted it so quickly and made sure multiple times he was a boy. We ended our visit with some black and white pictures and headed out as happy customers. Will recommend & come back for our 4d, thank you!

Disappointed! I decided to make an appointment here because I wanted to find out gender and get a clear scan for my pregnancy announcement. I've learned of this place from my doctors office. Their was an advertisement stating that they can do a gender reval as early as 14 weeks. I took the plunge and made an appointment. I was also excited that they do Sunday appointments. First, I'll start by saying the location was nice. The office was beautiful.  They had a large comfortable room, that will accommodate a large family. So yes, I liked what I saw and I was excited. Here is were my disappointment comes in... During my scan the tech mostly stayed on the babies head. The scan was a total of 11 min. The tech had a hard time finding the heart beat. She said she eventually found it, which I never heard it. But she guessed that I was having a girl based off the heart beat. The last minute of the scan, she finally,  looks between the legs. The moment I've been waiting for... She takes a still image. Than she lets me know that she can't tell. She goes and asks the radiologist for an opinion. I'm waiting her return.  Very confused. I was not sure how she could not tell what baby was. The baby was cooperating and the legs are wide open. They advertise they can tell at 14 weeks. I was 16 weeks. She comes back and tells us the radiologist says it was too early to tell and to come back in 2 months when the baby is bigger. They need to not advertise false and misleading information. If they truly believed it was too early than why didn't they mentioned that over the phone when i made my appointment. Of mention it before they took my money. At this point, I'm upset. I wasted $50 and never got the gender reval that I paid for. I feel like it's a scam to get you back in to up sell you to a larger package. They scheduled for me to come back when I'm 24 weeks. And offered a 50% discount towards a larger 3D / 4D package. I'll probably already learn the gender at my 20 week Anatomy scan through  my insurance. I walked out super sad and dumbed. 😢

This was my third pregnancy and my third visit. I absolutely love this place! It is gorgeous, clean, soothing, and the people are great! I had to cancel my first appointment due to a family emergency. I then had to reschedule and they were extremely accommodating. The owner even called me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were having a summer street fair so the streets were blocked off and parking might be difficult. Thank goodness he took the time out of his schedule to let me know! Definitely go here!
