Receptionist Cynthia has no customer service manners. I was denied to be seen because I was 10 minutes late from my appointment, then she talks to a so call supervisor "Susan" who did nothing to help. I could not call since my primary doctor office made this appointment for me. I drove to this office with a fever, headache, chills and chest pain and she wanted me to wait until 8:30pm to be seen!! Ohh and did I mentioned that there was NOBODY in the waiting room. Waste of time and Gas. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A WORSE HEADACHE. The receptionist said it was per the doctors orders that appoiments cannot be hold for more than 10 minutes. Really?? I was 10 minutes late but any other place with some sense of good patient care would have accomodate me.

I have been with Dr. Nakashima for 30+ years. I consider her and her medical assistant Iliana as family. They have always supported me and my issues.

Have been going here for over 3 years. My doc retired. I paid cash. $35 a visit. I got transferred to another doctor who is now charging me triple that for the same medication. I feel like Im getting robbed for being a cash patient and not having insurance.
