I love this bank and their employees. Everyone  here is very professional and nice to their customers.

I got completely locked out of my account for the entire weekend due to the bank switching names a couple months back. Myself along with hundreds of others... It was completely unacceptable to say the least. Some people had no money for the weekend as they were not aware. One gentleman couldn't cash his check to pay bills that were due..  I was not able to close my account during normal banking hours or withdraw any money due to the bank takeover. I would advise going to any other place in town to avoid any extra hassle.

I wanted a small, community-focused bank and I think I found it here. Love the photos of old Wood River. Friendly staff.
