Worst customer service and getting worse they are supposedly “redifining conveinve in banking” laughable they are rude, slow, and unhelpful. Ignored an elderly lady standing there for 10 minute than the lady said well I can help you for 10 minutes...then the lady who helped me was a delight super sarcastic and nasty. Switching banks!

No public bathrooms anymore, the bathroom doors now have "Employees Only". Plus, it's slow here all the time.

Very unhappy with FNB.  I miss Metro bank and Commerce.  I will most likely be switching banks in the future.  They changed their hours and added alot of fees.  I do not recommend

I'll be changing banks as well. I do not like the new hours of operation at First National. I miss Metro Bank. Metro was more customer oriented.
Also, First National does not cash payroll checks right away like Metro did. I'm very disappointed with this change. I've had more complaints in the last several months with FNB than I did in many years with Metro.
