To the four people I reached out to for help. Do better. I'm beyond upset at this point. Almost $200 stolen! They are why people don't trust banks. A cat could give better customer service.
Long story short poor customer service from top to bottom. Nicest person was the one who I spoke to, that had me on hold.
Very upset about how this bank poor service and wants to talk about policy instead of care. Your better off at the bank next to the car wash on this road.
Honestly should have shut this account down long time ago. It's not worth the free checking for your business. I hate that I even recommended it to anyone.

We are long time Howard Bank clients. We have both business and personal accounts at the bank. The branch always does an excellent job. They go out of their way to take care of whatever needs we have. It never feels like we are a bother. Jeannine and Kim are particularly helpful. We would recommend the bank and the branch without hesitation.
The ladies are great that works at this location they are friendly they help you out I had a situation when somebody had gotten into my account a lot of people told me that their bank took forever to get the money back I was really surprised how my bank got my money back within a few days I thought they were going to be like the other banks but they're not they take care of you If you are not link to identity theft phone number please link your number because that's what helps you out a lot .

I called, per usual, to get money transferred from my minor checking account to my personal checking account For years now, I've always had to call since it was a minors account and I couldn't make the transfer online. I was completely shocked when Jeannine Penley offered to request the restriction to be removed. I've been banking with 1st Mariner now Howard Bank for almost 20 years. I was floored when she offered. Not only that, but she pointed me in the right direction to speak to a financial advisor. Outstanding customer service!! I was honestly ready to start exploring other financial institutions, due to inconvenience like not being able to make transfers. She has pulled me back into being loyal to Howard Bank. She deserves a promotion and more!
Been with this bank since they were Baltimore County Savings Bank, never had any trouble with them at all. Would recommend this bank.
