I went here to order some Euros as I was told that they do not charge for money exchanges (i.e. switching US dollars to Euros), they only use the exchange rate, and that the process takes up to 5 business days. I then ordered some Euros and was told I would be called when they arrived. When they called to let me know my Euros had arrived, there were substantially fewer Euros than I had expected. I was then told "we build our fees into the exchange rate." That is a HUGE difference from "there are no fees, we only use the international exchange rate"! I asked to speak with a manager who then listened to my concerns, told me she would document my complaint, re-train her staff, and she would get back to me in 3 weeks. She asked if I ever asked what their rate was (implying it was my fault for not asking the question). I told her no, because the international exchange rate is universally set... so whatever it is, it is. Hopefully they refund my money for the difference between the actual exchange rate and the "PNC Exchange Rate" as this process was extremely misleading. I will most likely be closing my accounts upon my return.

I ALWAYS go up to the teller in drive-thru and fill out my deposit form to have my check CASHED, then DEPOSITED so the funds are available. I've never had any issue before except with this branch in particular. When I send my check with the deposit form (marked the deposit as cash) they always call me back and verify, "You wanted your check cashed and then deposited, correct?" to which I confirm. They even ask if I'd like a portion cashed back. Yesterday, I had to visit this PNC branch which isn't my norm, and the machine here is SO difficult to hear the teller. I could hear the teller from the lane over, but the outer lane, I couldn't hear anything. She greeted me, but when I sent my check with the deposit form, she simply sent back a receipt. She dated the deposit for Monday and did not cash my check. I've called PNC customer service and they told me there's nothing they can do--only to call the bank. It's closed. I was told my deposit would not be available for four days. This is ridiculous and unacceptable considering my employer also banks with PNC. I will likely be charged overdraft fees because I do have automatic bill-pay. My money is literally unavailable almost a week after I've been paid because of this. I'll wait until Tuesday, withdraw my money and close my account.

I have used this location to do my transaction while in Baltimore for years and have always received good prompt customer service eveytime. The staff are always more then willing to help and see to my needs even when they have been extremely busy.

Slowest PNC bank ever. Everytime i go and do a transaction, there is only 1 or 2 tellers working, always a big Line, they should add more employees so the line moves faster. I go at least twice a week
