Since your merger, it has been extremely frustrating to bank online. I am very unhappy with your service! I have 2 accounts with you and I have been locked out four times. I have had to go to go the branch itself for help four times. I am very disappointed with your service. It is very inefficient. I am considering switching my account to Century Bank. Even when I call one of your reps the call never goes through. When I call your national number, it takes forever to get someone on the line. If you read this and are looking for a new bank, DO NOT choose this bank!
