I opened an account at this bank because it had safe deposit boxes, was a smaller local bank chain and seemed less crowded than the other banks in Goose Creek. I received a bill for the safe deposit box and was waiting for the deadline to pay it. Someone at the bank decided to pay it for me and debited my account for the charge without asking me and sent me the receipt. At no time did I understand that it was an automatic payment setup. They did not seem to have an explanation, other than to say, yes, we did it. Closed this account, too. I do not need a big brother bank.
