This bank is fraudulent!!! BEWARE!!! They charge "hidden" fees which will throw your account into over draft. Once in over draft they will charge you a $35 over draft fee. 
I'm sitting here listening to a friend dispute these charges at the moment and am disgusted. Not only how she is being treated,  but at the way this bank handle s themselves PERIOD!
The app they ENCOURAGE you to download, for "accurate and fast" service is also inaccurate, according to BOA customer service. 
Explain to me how a bank who encourage s you to download this app, not only at this branch, but in the 1hr 1/2 wait x on the recording that they play over and over and over again IS WRONG?!? 
Why encourage the app? Is it to accumulate fee's from customers who, once, TRUSTED in their bank?
Fortunately, I bank else where and have NEVER had this problem. What my bank app says is in there, is in there. I have heard HORROR stories about this bank and their fraudulent and bogus fee's they rack up from their members. I'm sure there will be a class action lawsuit in the future.
In the mean x, I have a very large credit card with BOA that I will be cancelling. I want NOTHING to do with this bank and their terrible way handling $$. There are much better banks, BY FAR, that you should entrust your funds with.

This location should hire more tellers.  I have been coming to this location for years and it is always the same, long lines with multiple managers seemingly doing nothing.  Why do we have to wait for 20 plus minutes and the nearest BOA is 20 minutes away, so we as clients are forced to choose between fighting traffic or fighting frustration.  My suggestion - double staff immediately and apologize for years of improper planning and poor customer service.

tellers and numerous "managers" talking and laughing in offices with each other will there is 20 plus people waiting in line! this bank really needs to do a better job.

The worse customer service out all the bank big line only one teller working the rest walking around doing nothing manager need to be fired

Their customer service is completely ineffective and management is incapable in doing their job. Every year I have to close a security deposit box I don't even rent. This time I WILL be closing my accounts when I go in the branch to address this again. 3rd times a charm?  3 strikes your out!
