I couldn't be happier with my experience at First Nebraska Credit Union. I recently applied for a personal loan. The application process was quick and easy. My loan was approved right away. Thanks to First Nebraska Credit Union I was able to get the money I needed when I needed it.

Always helpful and trying to help me achieve what I need to do. Very knowledgeable. I have many accounts and loans. Everyone at FNCU  has always been so nice and figured out what I need to do to get to my goal.

Thanks for this credit union. However, I was not included as a member in their community for whom they provide services, but they gave me an auto loan for a salvage title 2013 Kia Forte EX. Credit Bank's marketing mails for True Stage Insurance are a complete headache. I've practically asked them to stop sending me these letters, but they just won't listen. To make matters worse, instead of ditching the marketing junk, they stopped mailing my statements, which I actually wanted! I've called and emailed them more times than I can count, but it's like talking to a brick wall. Even after paying off my car insurance, they're still flooding my mailbox!!. It's not just annoying; it's a total waste of paper. They clearly don't care about the environment or being eco-friendly. They could easily go paperless, but they're stuck in the past!

The staff there are always friendly and willing to help you with your banking needs. 5 star rating.

First Nebraska Credit Union is an awesome place to do business with and will definitely recommended to family and friends. They made my loan process effortless.  I really appreciated their patience, support throughout.  I will definitely use them again any time I'm in need of a loan. Thank you again.

I love this First Nebraska Credit Union branch! I have only used this branch a few times, due to it's location, but I can tell you that they are #1 in my book! Excellent communication, very personable, and, extremely enjoyable experiences!

Getting the loan with First Nebraska CU was a pretty smooth process. You just need a little patience for paperwork, then good things happen with time. Heather was very nice and explained everything in detail.
