At first I loved the place and the people. About 8 months into it became horrible!!! The company never wanted to fix anything that was broke, IN the first week the water wouldn't come out of the sink, bathtub or anything for that matter... next day literally the hot water heater went out, I told them, they say it would have to wait till Monday that I will be okay, a few hours later nope water busted through the hot water heater and went crazy, when we moved out they didn't want to give us our 5000 dollar deposit  (we was going to buy) back as stated in the paper work!!!! I had to call several times and go to the office before receiving... just a headache!!! 427 gardenia avenue orange tx! House is now up for rent/or owner finance, good luck to the next buyers.... also the owner does not live in texas and u never get to see or talk to him!
