Great folks efficient Service

Would give it a negative but can't horrible customer service they don't return phone calls and Debbie Hughes doesn't evensong her job. I bought a house and she wouldn't even answer the phone

Please interview them before selling your home with them. Seller discrimination found out only after signing a 6 mo contract with them. They'll push/show very select areas and if you're outside those areas they'll sit on their thumbs. 2 similar houses, beautiful neighborhoods, 3 miles from eachother, 1 was shown in the 1st week listed and is under contract, the other house listed for 90 days now with no showings. This is very much a back burner treatment. Not so much bitterness toward their practices as just annoyed because there are 3 more months until the contract with them expires. They're entitled to run their business however they want and push or exclude houses however they want even if a buyer's perfect house is outside their selling zone or whatever undisclosed policy is in effect there. Original interest in this company was because they were considered the best in SE texas for realty. I believe this is absolutely true for those who want to buy/sell in these very select areas this company favors. They'll work their tail off. Not so much for the 'outsiders.' Best luck to the reader buying or selling! Try interviewing your realty company or several before signing a contract. 6 months is brutal especially if your life has to start somewhere else and now you have 2 house payments.
