Let me preface this review by stating, this is not my first experience at this chain of restaurants, however it is my first time at this location, but most likely my last. I understand there are several challenges to being a breakfast restaurant, however being in a high end market where people are paying more for their cage free Eggs and organic coffee, you need to have your **** together. The restaurant is loud, I don’t fault them for that, that’s just a sign of a busy establishment. I also don’t mind being sat next to the restroom, as long as I don’t have to smell anything, I’m good. However... 1. I shouldn’t have to walk back to the host, after 10 minutes of waiting, to check if I have a server. 2. After specifically stating that I wanted a side of toast & grits to come prior to the meal, I shouldn’t have to ask our server 10 minutes later for you to check on that. 3. If I neatly stack the dirty dishes, at the edge of the table, don’t ignore them, and walk away. That’s my way of making your job easier, and that they need to be removed. 4. Hearing you state that you have 9 tables to another customer, is not helping your argument, it’s just an excuse. 5. There is an obvious development opportunity in the kitchen when the food is not delivered withings 45 minutes. Any one of these items could be a one off, but the combination as a whole leads to an unacceptable dining experience.

Second visit. Second time terrible service. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes despite 6 open tables. First time there was a rude server who took condiments away from out table before we were finished. This time we have an absent server. Food was decent. So come here as a last option when service doesn’t matter.

Food came luke warm. Seemed short-staffed Place seems too small compared to it's popularity. Nothing to make me want to come back

My husband kept smelling cat urine and his allergies (to cats) started acting up while we were eating. In addition, they put mayo instead of butter on his toast, my kiwi fruit was HARD (obviously not ripe), and I asked for 1 scrambled egg on the side, but got charged for two. They also advertised fresh squeezed juice, but you could see a bunch of Ocean Spray juice bottles lined up in the kitchen. It's reasonable food in a pinch, but not my first choice for breakfast/brunch.
