This is the most unprofessional bank I've ever had to deal with. Customer service is horrible. I have a car loan with this bank and monthly i call in to make a payment. The receptionist basically transfers me to the same lady that deals with the car loan payments and it ALWAYS goes straight to her voicemail. When i call back he tries to transfer to other people that do not answer their phones or he hangs up on me. I literally have to call about 10 times to speak to someone because the receptionist decides to forward your calls to the same lady that never answer her phone after your second time calling. I have to deal with this every month. I inform them about the mission i have to go through for me to pay my car! They do not even apologize. Sometimes they act like they cant hear you and hang up. This bank is a joke!!!!!!!! I spend an hour or so trying to reach someone that can help me.

THIS IS THE WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BANK EVER. YOU GET THE RUN AROUND ALL THE TIME. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED. I CALLED TO PAY MY CAR ONCE AND THEY SAID, "NO SORRY THE LADY THAT COLLECTS PAYMENTS ISNT HERE ANYMORE." I've never seen such a thing, I would expect it less from a bank though. Thank god I changed car dealer and bank. Horrible.
