Customer Service is very, very, poor. I called to inquire about closing a company account and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 14 seconds. I finally grew tired of waiting and disconnected the call. There is no excuse for placing a customer on hold and returning to assist the client.

Wow, what a beautiful bank! This is what I thought when first I entered this large, unasumming mansion of a building. I was tired, dirty, and had been traveling for many days, that April afternoon, in spite of my ragged appearance, , the staff treated me as if I were a princess. I did not have to stand in a long line, there were people who greeted me and invited me to come up to them at the ccounter and conduct my banking business with them. What I had to do was awkward, and for me a little baffling. I was carrying a check, drawn on City National Bank of Miami, that the jews were trying to murder me for. It was my money, what was left after they'd stolen my house, but, true to their DNA they wanted the money anyway. Twenty one thousand dollars and some change. The bank cashed my check, after a few calls to verify my existence and my bank endorsed signature. I was flabber gasted. I requested cash, and they gave me my money in a brown paper bag. At the time, I did not notice that I was almost one hundred dollars short. I am sure that was a mistake which we will straighten out right away. Miami should be proud to have such a wonderful bastion of community involvement and bravery in their midst. I am. Thelma Whitehorton The Messenger
