Warehouse closes before the stores do so you cannot pick up the same day. Then they require you to go back into the store to get a pick up ticket. We bought 2 pieces and they were in 2 different warehouses. This place is the opposite of convenient...who makes the customer drive to 2 different locations for 1 piece of furniture each!??!?! All this and I haven't even gotten it loaded up yet. Let's hope that goes better.

Fischer Furniture's sales staff are friendly and always helpful, but never pushy. They back the products they sell 100%. I've had first hand experience in both situations. I just ordered another recliner and even though it took quite some time for me to receive it it is a excellent quality and we'll definitely to purchase from them again in the future.

I love my new sectional from Fischer Furniture in Rapid City. Mary was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about the furniture she was selling. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Wanted to order a table and sales employee said we could not do that because they had one on the floor to sell. I pointed out that it had some serious scratches and instead of offering some kind of discount or free shipping or something he said that he could fill it in with a pen. I was a little sketched but thought about it and agreed and said ok that we would take it anyway because we have always loved the stuff we bought from this company. We stepped away for five minutes to discuss payment options and he sneakily sold the table to some one else and said we would have to order it. I say sneakily because I watched him direct someone to the table and then point at us and hurry them over to the counter. Yes we wanted to order it originally but the way he went about it was so sneaky and sketchy that it pissed us off. So we went to the clearance store next door and had someone else order it for us because we didn’t want him making comission on us. We have never had an issue with anyone at Fischer’s before but this was beyond frustrating to us.

Sara and Mary very friendly and helpful. The couch we chose goes great in our living room and seems to be very comfortable. We have had it only a few days, but it seems to be very durable and comfortable. It comes with a 5-year warranty and we are hopeful that it will last us for many years to come.
