We have made several purchases here through the years, love this store & the furniture & appliances we have bought. The highlight of buying appliances here though is the service department. I have to say their service department has by far the highest quality customer service I have ever experienced. My washing machine recently malfunctioned making it necessary to schedule a service call. Well the technician was right on time, made the repairs quickly , was extremely courteous & professional & the repair bill was way less than I had anticipated. I was beyond impressed. I can't say thank you enough to the excellent staff at Karl's.  I will make a point to recommend them to everyone , they are fantastic.

I have purchased multiple appliances from Karl's. A double oven that is less than 2 years started showing an error message. I called and talked to the service rep who rudely told me it is not under warranty, and if we come out to look at it a service call for $250 plus some board which is  $600 something. So we are looking at almost the cost of a new one for 2 years of use. Will not be doing business there again!

I went here to get my phone fixed and the guy looked at me like I was a moron and said they didn't do that there. Why would you advertise for it if you didn't do that kind of service?? He was so rude to me and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything.

Prices are a little higher but it's because they'll go above and beyond for any customer.
