This is a terrific family owned business! Their prices are great and they are very customer service oriented. Dan, the owner is very visible in the store and makes his customers feel very welcome and valued. The salesperson I usually work with is Lauren and she is really good at helping you find what you are looking for and she is very fun to work with. I don't know why anyone would buy furniture online when you get excellent pricing, delivery and setup here and they will bend over backwards to ensure you are happy.

I bought a bedroom set from Dan about 4 or 5 years ago. I needed some extra pins for a shelf I finally decided to install. I also needed some new holes. Even this many years later Dan still had his guy come out and did what I needed. Best place to shop for furniture!

We really enjoy shopping at Fish Furniture. We have bought a couch and 3 chairs, thanks to Kitty's guidance and knowledge of furniture as well as fabrics and design. The owner himself stuffed and manipulated our couch cushions to be sure they were perfect! There was never pressure to buy, only expert knowledge and customer comfort at this fine furniture store in Mayfield Heights!!

Fish Furniture offers amazing customer service!!! Dan, the owner, is very personable and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Will continue to be a loyal customer!

I just moved into an apartment in Columbus and fish furnitures movers brought every piece of furniture I purchase straight down to the city. I was so thrilled with the service. I never knew moving could be so simple and efficient until I hired fish furniture to do it for me! They were truly accomadating. The furniture company makes sure that the process is easy for you. The movers, Chad and Tim drove down to Columbus and were so nice!! I love staying up to date with all the furniture and I found all the pieces I was looking for from fish. 5 stars!!
