I generally don't like food bars and the type of grills you have to decide all on your own what you're food is going to be like because especially at a new place I don't always get the ingredients to mix well. However, I tried this place and while my choices were all green besides the fish, everything tasted delicious, I really enjoyed the tuna and the salmon I chose and the sauce option #1 was great as well. The price for a small bowl, and I mean pretty small, is pricey at $9.99 but if you count the fact that two pieces of sashimi are on average $5, you're getting a good amount of raw fish for that price.

This place just opened and should do great.  Staff was very friendly and accommodating letting us try sauces etc.  Had a medium Poke Bowl and selected Ahi, Spicy Salmon and Spicy Tuna over rice.  Was able to choose custom sauce options and 5 mix ins.  I opted to upgrade one to Marinated Squid and it was a good choice. Enjoyed a Sapporo beer to go with it.  Looking forward to going back soon.

I love Poke and have it for lunch or dinner at least twice a week, so I was excited to have Fish Poke Bar open close to my home.   The serving of (3 scoops) Poke in my medium bowl was notably smaller than other poke speciality restaurants in the valley, but the cost was comparable.   In addition the Brown rice was a little undercooked.  The sauce I can't really comment on because even after I asked for more, there was so little of it in my poke bowl that I could not taste it.  The staff was very friendly.  The restaurant was clean and well decorated.  The bowl preparation area was clean and organized.  I do hope my experience was a one-off, because I would love for the restaurant to succeed.

I went with my friends and the food is amazing, the staff were also super helpful with my dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend!
