Unfortunately the waitresses and bartenders were to busy doing shots with each other to pay attention to the customers. We have been here many times used to be better seemed they cared about customer service. They opened their second location and this one has gone downhill. Tired of trying this is the third time the food and service were bad.

Everyone has a bad day , and I think I was also been back many times and food and service has been stellar.

It tends to get busy at times, but everyone there is really friendly and fun to talk with. The service was great and the staff is attentive. Also if you're looking for a St Patrick's day spot to celebrate the corned beef and cabbage there is the bomb!

Highly disappointed in this place. For the past couple of months my coworkers and I have been meeting up every Friday for happy hour. This last Friday we had a larger group. We've only ever had "decent" service once at this Rudys. We kept coming back because the happy hour price is decent and we are located close by. However, this particular time the two waitresses that we had serving is if that's what you can call it (because they switched mid hour) were both horrible. They treated us as if we were a burden on their plate. Never should a guest have to ask for service or catch your attention. They say that every bad customer service experience that you encounter, you'll tell at least ten people.  We had a group of 10+ and we happen to be in a position where we will NEVER refer a guest visiting our place of business to this place. We have even removed this place from our "Where to eat" list that we give out at least ten times daily. I can honestly tell you that I will not be back and that I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the absolutely terrible service.

I came hungry, had a BBQ bacon burger. 2 hours later I was at home and it all came back out. Was sick as a dog all night, wondering about their food quality and hygiene practices.
