Monthly memberships start at $40 dollars a month plus tax.
We go on a month to month basis with our members and do not use a contract system like other gyms in the New Orleans area do.
We have Personal Trainers with the Personal Touch.
Classes that we offer include Yoga, Kettlebell, Circuit/Weights, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, and Zumba. Classes are $8 for non-members and $6 for members.
