Had to order a pair for delivery as they didn't have my size in the color I wanted.   Sales Associate who worked with me for over an hour ordered the WRONG size shoe.   Called to get help and had to wait for GM / DM to call me back.   She was nice and said they would send a new pair out and I could ship the wrong one back.   That was over a week ago.   Called today wonder what was up, no response...   

I have now waited over 2 weeks for a pair of shoes that I could order for the same or less money online.   Now I will have to drive an hour to return these shoes to the store.   The worst part in all of this is that I feel like nobody really cares about my problem, a problem they created.   Sales Associates are neither trained nor empowered to make decisions to help their customers, and sadly Management is too busy apparently to follow up on issues.   When I told the Sales Rep on the phone today that I intended to return my purchase (and these folks are NOT cheap) all I got was, "yeah I can see that."   I am glad you don't need my money or my support of your business.

Update:
I received a call after posting this review and Fit2Run's customer service department worked with me and store Management to resolve my issue.   Overall I believe they treated me fairly and I look forward to visiting the store again.

Visiting FL on a work trip and found Fit2Run by chance. I've been looking for a solution to overpronation at stores in my home state of New Mexico with no luck. What a wonderful experience to talk to a very experienced runner with the tools to verify the problem and offer intelligent solutions. Great experience in Fit2Run. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality product backed by great customer service.

I have not been into running for very long, but a friend suggested I try out Fit2Run.  I walked into the store looking for a shoe and had no idea where to begin.  The staff immediately helped me find what shoe was best for my running style.  I was able to learn about GAIT analysis through the machines placed in the middle of the store, and was fitted into a running shoe that was more than comfortable, it felt like walking on a cloud.  I went running  the next day and felt amazing when I had finished, with absolutely no knee pain.  The store also carries a GREAT variety of running products from gels, to strollers, to clothes, and much more.  This is a great place for all things running, even if you do not know where to start they will help you out.

I purchased a great pair for shoes, the Asics  GT-2000.  The salesperson was very knowledgeable & made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend Jeannette
