I have shopped at this location five or six times. I am never greeted when I enter the store, nor do I receive any assistance while I am shopping. I don't need an associate to follow me around the store, but I should at least be acknowledged. I shopped here last week, and I was hesitant to go in because I don't want to shop where I am not valued, but I needed to find a birthday gift. I entered and once again was not greeted. I shopped for twenty minutes and the only interaction I had with anyone in the store was when I finally got to the cash register. Even then, there was no interaction beyond "your total is...". I'm really disappointed, since I love the brand and am a loyal customer and LOFT card holder. Since I have been ignored over and over again, I will take my business to the Edison Mall location and hope to receive better service there.

The clothes were very nice and seemed to be well made. The staff was also friendly and the store was clean/tidy, so I'd really like to go back when I'm in town.

Please be advised that the store does not open until Noon on Sunday's this issue is trying to be resolved thanks again.
