This fit4less location is hands down, no question, the dirtiest I've gone to. There is sometimes,on busier days a strange scent in the air. HOWEVER, it has maintained the grungy no b.s. atmosphere from it's lifestyle days. It's a great atmosphere to workout in, though the fit4less radio that is played at every location leaves something to be desired. It is also, as compared to other locations, huge. There's a ton of equipment and you'll always have access to what you need. Several other locations I've visited only have Smith machines and no squat racks. Pleased to say, you'll find the squat racks here. For it's faults, this location certainly makes up for it through access to whatever equipment you need and solid atmosphere.

Great value. Plenty of leg press machines. It is the best Fit4Less location in Windsor based on size, location and variety of machines. This location also has full locker rooms with showers and sauna. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the smell. Makes me want to finish my workout quicker tbh. This is not one of those boutique gyms.

I like this place for the price only. On my first visit to this place the bald man with the large beard ignored my knocking and pressing the buzzer and made another associate get the door while he stared at me. Not the best but not the worst either

Need to fix stair master machines. Main reason why I go to this location. Only 2 working at the moment. Otherwise great gym.

Have been using this gym for about 4 years. I really enjoy all the different levels of fitness that are supported there. Everyone welcome feeling :)
