Excellent no-frills gym. Early morning's are a great time to get in and bang out your workout with weights. I've never had to wait for cardio equipment.

Clean, well maintained, not too many people. This is a better location than the ones I have been to in Toronto. Only one squat rack though, so I had to wait for that. Overall very good value for money.

Good place to workout just don't hog the legpress machine unless you want 2000lb Liz to have a heart attack.

Great value! I was concerned because I saw a lot of ho-hum reviews. After I checked it out in detail, I was satisfied. I've been training there for one month and it has been a good experience. The current standard is aligned with my expectations of a no-frills gym. It's important to note that this gym is best for people who prefer solo workouts. If you're into group workouts and classes, I don't think that this is the right place for you. Early mornings are fairly quiet. They clean every day.
