I've been too many gyms over the years and this one is definitely a community gym. Once you start working out  here you get to know who goes at the same time. Everyone from the staff to the members is very friendly. This is an old school heavy weight gym meets modern fitness ideas.

No frills gym. No classes, decent amount of machines and some free weights as well as treadmills, excercycles, and stair climber's for a low monthly fee. 3 changing rooms but no locker rooms, can get crowded and a few too many people that think that it's ok to sit on the machines and read texts between sets.

Cancellation policy is very underhanded.  I moved out of state and instead of allowing me to cancel my policy over the phone they told me the only way to cancel was to MAIL A LETTER.  They then charged me for another month... Unreal
