This Orangetheory location is one of my favorites! If you've never done Orangetheory before, it's worth trying because the workouts are challenging, fun, and can be done at your own pace. The Redwood City location specifically is great because the space is laid out nicely with enough room for everyone, and the teachers are fun and motivating. The staff is also really friendly and helpful!

I love Orange Theory! It's an amazing workout, the instructors are awesome, they push you to push yourself and if you stick with it, you'll see real results. A thousand times better than going to a gym and getting on a treadmill.

The lady who worked on Friday 11/24 WAS fantastic. I was a few minute late to my first session in RWC and she helped me effectively and was patient. 10/10.

Great trainers, friendly staff, fantastic workouts for 1 hour and lacks the "bro" element that most gyms have. I recommend OTF to everyone.
