You offer a great selection of classes with excellent instructors, the equipment and facilities are up-to-date and very well-maintained, everyone is always very friendly, and I recently had a session with a personal trainer, which was also terrific! All of this at a very affordable price! Thank you!

Affordable and great location. Always very clean (much cleaner than Lifetime in Berkeley Heights which is way more expensive). Nice staff. Free towel to use (same as Lifetime). Nice sauna especially in the winter.

A good gym... with friendly staff and fun classes. They have very good yoga instructors. I wish they had a swiming pool, though.
