This is not a body-builder gym. It is a gym for people who are serious about health, fitness and wellness. We have great new equipment like Life Fitness treadmills with individual TV’s , four different types of Ellipticals including Precor, Life Fitness and Cybex and tons of weight training equipment from Hammer-Strength and Life Fitness. The circuit boasts 18 pieces of pin-selectorized equipment to efficiently train every muscle group.
We offer Group Exercise classes such as Zumba, Boot Camp, Kickboxing and Body Sculpt. Personal Training is a specialty and has been very effective for our members. The gym has lockers and ceramic tile showers and granite bathroom counters.
