I wound up with frozen shoulder after delaying a visit to my physician, who diagnosed tendinitis in my rotator cuff.  Following oral steroid treatment to reduce the swelling, I began a series of visits to Fitness Quest for physical therapy.  The staff is amazing!  Every physical therapist are attentive, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional.  The office staff are also professional and attentive.  Kudos to all of them!  With their care, I have nearly regained full range of my shoulder and am continuing the stretching and strengthening exercises they prescribe.

weeks ago I walked into Fitness Quest in so much pain I was in tears. After being evaluated by Cisco, and going through a few places, I immediately felt better, and felt hope to be rid of the pain. I knew this was going to help. He also gave me suggestions on my work station that has improved my performance at my job. I found the facility very clean, the staff always cheerful, even when you give them stink eye for putting you through your routine. I started to have fun, and will miss you all. Great job everyone, for making me well and all of you being so caring.

Insisted on coming back here to do physical therapy again after my fusion.  Everyone here is very knowledgeable, flexible and compassionate.  Out of my many years of multiple therapy sessions, Fitness Quest of North Port is by far the best I’ve been to! I would recommend anyone at this facility!!

My successful recovery from a full knee replacement surgery is do in a large part to the expert physical therapy I received at the North Port location.  Everyone on staff was professional and I felt they were all very supportive of my needs.  The program has put me in a great place to enjoy a fully functioning knee.

Cisco introduced himself to me as I became a new Achilles rehab patient. He is a very pleasant, personable professional, and seems to truly care about the individual progress. I had great results, in a short time, and he coached me how to maintain improvement after my visits concluded. I found that my expectations were exceeded by his care. Thank you Sir
