For the first time EVER, my personal fitness goals are being met through individualized strength training. The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable, motivating, and personable. Going to work out is a joy, not a chore. After three months, I am seeing my body changing to being more toned, fit and sculpted. I now am able to make a connection between my mind and my muscles. In addition, the clean eating nutritional concept espoused by the trainers, is helping me feel more energetic. I absolutely love Rob, Lyndsey, Corey, and Chris who know my goals and work with me to attain them. I highly recommend Fitness Together without any hesitation. They are truly outstanding!!!

I have been a client of Fitness Together for approximately 3 years. Having worked with professional trainers much of my life, I can state that my experience with Rob, Lyndsey and Corey has been exceptional. Corey is my trainer and I'm happy to say that I've never been hurt or had down time from excessive or inappropriate training given my physical condition and age. This is a very professional organization who also makes working out fun. I'm a 74 year old woman in excellent physical condition thanks to Fitness Together.

I have had an awesome experience with Rob and his team at Fitness Together! Before Fitness Together I was doing bootcamps and group classes but I was never able to reach my fitness goals and found that I was getting worn out easily and constantly feeling fatigued. At Fitness Together the trainers went above and beyond to not only give me a challenging and rewarding workout but also to teach me the best exercises for my body and how to do them properly to avoid injury in the future. The one-on-one private personal training keeps me accountable and allows me to get the most out of every workout. When I first came to Fitness Together my goal was to "get in shape" but I've gotten so much more since then; in a short period of time I was able to build endurance, improve my posture and see definition in my muscles. I leave every workout feeling stronger and I am confident that I have the knowledge I need to sustain a healthy lifestyle going forward. If you're looking for a change and want to see results I highly recommend Fitness Together!

Rob Finne and his staff at Fitness Together are the ultimate professionals.The care and commitment to your well being is there up-most importance. I achieved amazing results in strength but importantly flexibility. I've had 3 back surgeries and a knee re-placement. When I first went to Fitness Together last October 2016 I was stiff and achy and very inflexible. Today I feel fantastic. At 69 years old hardly an ache or pain. Best thing I ever did for myself.

Fitness Together has been the BEST thing I could've ever done for myself. This is truly a one-on-one private personal training spot. The knowledge about your BODY, nutrition, and new ways to workout is AMAZING!
