I had a great experience today with my salesman Liam, along with the rest of the wonderful staff at Lexington Park Ford Lincoln! Everyone is so friendly and they all worked diligently to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I am very pleased with the customer service and my Fusion! Highly recommended!!!

I recently purchased a brand new F-150 from Liam at Lexington Park Ford. I have purchased my fair share of vehicles in my lifetime and never have I been more impressed by a car salesmen then I was and still am with Liam Murphy (no relation). I was originally interested in a used F-150 from their lot, but quickly realized the truck did not fit my needs. Liam was agile and adapted with me in search almost as if he was in my head. I told him everything I was looking for in a truck and he went to work. In less than 10 minutes he pulled over a beautiful truck with 95% of what I wanted. I was very happy with the truck and after the test drive I was to sign on the dotted line. But to my surprise, Liam was researching more of his inventory while I was out on the test drive. Liam asked me what I thought of the truck I had just test drove. I told him I was 95% happy with the truck. He then walked me a few feet over to the truck I ended up buying that day. It had everything I wanted and more. I initially was shocked because the second truck was 15k less than the first. In my experience a car salesmen main point of interest was to sell hi to make more commission. Not Liam. He was only interested my happiness. I told him I fell in love with the truck and this was the one I wanted. He left to go and set up the deal, or so I thought. He actually spoke to his manger and worked out the absolute best deal I have ever heard of for me. He had manager knack another 11k off the truck and gave me 2 free oil changes. I felt I hit the lottery. Liam is the hands down best customer service driven car salesmen I have ever encountered. 
I had a bit of a weird situation. I was closing on a house two weeks later and could not afford a new inquire or account on my credit so close to closing. The team understood completely and worked with my timeline. The deal was done and was not submitted until after I closed on my house. I was even able to take the truck home that night. If you are looking to be treated very well and not taken advantage of go to Lexington Park Ford and see Liam Murphy, you will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of buying my first car through Lexington Park Ford. As a 20 year old college student, I've heard horror stories of people my age being taken advantage of while on the hunt for a car, so I was very nervous coming in. The staff quickly eased my fears. They treated me like family, and got me an amazing deal on an even more amazing car. Special mention to Jasmine for making my experience so great!

I have nothing but rave reviews about Bill Elliott’s service department. I’m very meticulous about my vehicles and expect nothing less out of anyone that performs maintenance on them. This team is a well oiled machine of proper planning with the parts department lead Devin in getting my warrantied items to the dealership and on to my vehicle. The customer lounge renovation is very nice with snacks and coffee always on the ready. If your in the market for a vehicle or follow on maintenance after the sale see Jason Moore, Mike Steele or Mark Roy. I can go on for days of how amazing this dealership is, and how they’ve treated my vehicles as their own

The service section is the worse I have ever been to. I was quoted 448 dollars to replace my third brake light. They told me that the left and right back panels had to be removed in order to remove the light(not true). I disconnected the light myself and it took less then five minutes. I checked the light connector for voltage and all was good. Reinstalled a new third brake light and it works. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place not worth the headache. I called another ford dealership and was quoted 252 dollars to fix the third brake.
