Went here with my son and uncle for dinner. Turkey burger and chicken Brie sandwiches are good but fish sandwich was not bad nor good, just average. Great beer selection. Not a huge menu but seemed to have a little something for most all tastes. Service was exactly what it should be which is attentive but unobtrusive.

Went for brunch. Completely understaffed - I blame the slow as snails service on management, not the poor woman literally running around the dining room. Coffee was burnt yet luke warm, and good luck finding some creamer to make it drinkable. I had heard good things about the food, so was ready to forgive all this as soon as we were allowed to eat (about an hour after we sat down), but it just got worse. Eggs Benedict came cold with hard poached (do we just call them boiled at that point?) eggs. My mother had asked for a side salad, but we knew it was never coming as soon as the pile of potatoes were placed in front of her. Potatoes were unevenly sliced, under cooked but also burnt, and tossed all over the plate. Plus side - I got to sample a couple of their gross French fries for free. Ladies room was "clean" with a very unpleasant odor. Basically the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in St Paul ever.

Food was good - loved that you could see right into the kitchen! The only negative was that the service was extremely slow. It was not even very busy, our waitress just seemed to have no personality or sense of urgency. Overall this was a nice place though.

An amazing burger, this is a great burger joint, although its much more than burgers, which is a good thing because they are right next door to the red cow which also has amazing burgers. The atmosphere here is a little more cozy and quiet compared to the Cow and the staff and set up is a little more formal. If your looking for a nice date night or a business meal this is a good place to do so.

Great place! I often get a burger my first time at a restaurant and my Fitz burger here was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare (as ordered).
