Mark was The BEST to work with in purchasing my new Jeep Cherokee.  He made the process from start to finish stress free. He was very knowledgeable about the Cherokee. I told him what I wanted and he suggested the best way to get what I wanted.   He kept me up to date with the process of the vehicle and when it was delivered to the dealership.  He is always available to answer any questions I have.  I would highly recommend Mark and Fitzpatrick Jeep to anyone that  I know looking to purchase a new Jeep.  I Love my new Jeep.

Took our car in for safety recall while it was there had an issue car wouldn't start. The service dept replaced battery two days later car wouldn't start again.We took car back only to be told to sign $200 waiver for them to find the problem which was a starter cylinder and more money on top of what we already spent. They replaced it we paid it and of course we left and bingo engine light went on. No way were they getting another penny from us took the car where we usually go and it was a fuel injector. I will never make the mistake again!!!

Mark did a great job with the sale of my new compass. He was extremely helpful, got me a great deal, and made sure I knew everything about the car before I bought it and drove it home. Was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend.

Mark is the man at Fitzpatrick's. Was always there to help from start to finish in the new car buying process .  Picked up my 2018 Dodge Charger Scat in September and love it. Shout out to Tracy in service also who is great. TMTMTL

My husband and I just purchased a Chrysler Town and Country from Fitzpatrick's Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We live near Norwich but weren't afraid to drive almost 2 hours away to get what we were looking for. We were very happy with the level of service provided by Mark Fitzpatrick and Derek.  They were very easy to work with and weren't pushy like other dealers we had gone to.  I will definitely be recommending them and won't hesitate to do business with them again!!
