I recently purchased a 2011 Tacoma from Road Ready via car gurus online. It’s my first time buying online and the process was involved but these guys made it simple. Once my paperwork was signed and received, the truck arrived within a few days. The truck was truly “Road Ready” and was proven on its maiden voyage to the Norway truck trail in Northern Michigan. I’m very satisfied with the vehicle and buying process.

Road Ready is TOP Notch!! I worked with Ryan who is very dedicated to taking excellent care of his customers! We had been looking at the truck for quite a while. Finally decided to pull the trigger. Gave all the info needed, got approved same day, gave the down payment the next day and signed the papers. Came to pick up the truck and it was beautifully detailed!!! What a dream this truck is!! When buying a vehicle be prepared with the info and needed down payment. If you want to secure the vehicle so it can’t be sold while obtaining financing you have to leave a deposit. Otherwise its first come first serve. It is a business after all! They cannot wait on a maybe! Shop for your next vehicle in confidence with Ryan and Road Ready! Awesome experience here at Road Ready! Ask for Ryan, he really made everything smooth and worked to help find my the perfect truck fit for me and my job. Traveling the country helping veterans get service dogs is what I do and these guys definitely helped immensely getting me in to a vehicle worth while to do so. Worst car buying experience ever. I’m honestly appalled. The service was okay until we signed paperwork for the vehicle. We signed a virtual contract and a hard copy. The paperwork needed to be revised due to misspelled names. They then shipped the revised hard copy and the envelope was missing half the forms that were sent the first time. We were contacted and informed that we “didn’t sign all the paperwork”, which wasn’t included with the corrected forms. Three times it took them to get us the correct paperwork and stated we needed to reimburse them for shipping due to mistakes on their end. Whatever. They also told us we could not buy the car without paying for a paint and interior warranty, vin etching, etc. All the extras we didn’t need. Additionally, we were told they had a complementary 3,000 mile, 14-day warranty in case something was wrong with the car after purchase. We thought that was great. Who knows if that was true? Everything our salesman said was a lie or half-truth. I was happy to spend the extra cash to get my husband a car he wants. The minute the car was delivered, we realized this was not the condition we were lead to believe the car was in. There are scratches, headliner falling down luckily we were able to push it back into place with no issues, door and interior panels peeling, CRACKS in the roof of the vehicle. We contacted the dealership immediately to let them know this was not the condition of the car advertised and we wanted to know how they could work with us to rectify the situation. We heard nothing for 3 days. Our salesman repeatedly stated that they would be working with us to make this right. Eventually, the owner called my husband, rude as hell, and basically refused to offer any kind of resolution. Funny enough, our salesman flat out lied on the call stating he never promised they were working on a solution. He said if we weren’t happy with the car, he would buy it back. Buddy it’s not the car, it’s the fact it showed up with significant damage that is estimated to be thousands of dollars to repair. Come to find out, the paint and interior warranty they forced us to purchase only covers clear coat peeling and spills. This was not what our salesman said it would cover. We were told several times there was a spare key when there was not. The registration and other paperwork was not in the glove box as they said it would be shocker, an issue with missing paperwork AGAIN. I really wanted to love this experience and I was happy to purchase a car my husband really wanted. They had us convinced they were working above and beyond to find a solution and that just wasn’t the case. Look through the 1 star reviews, the behavior exhibited by the owner is what you get after you shell out 30k to a business with shady practices. Of course they already have our money, why would they care? Sale gained, customer lost. Do not do business with them, especially if you’re out of state. It’s an expensive lesson to learn.

This has been one of the most honest and straightforward transactions I have ever made at a car dealership. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Financing was super easy because they have great relationships with their lenders! I will return for my future car needs!

After being scared away by pushy salesmen at other dealerships, I came to Road Ready. They have a large inventory of cars and trucks to pick from. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Paul who went above and beyond helping me pick out a nice Toyota. He thoroughly explained the buying process and was happy to answer any question I had. If you're looking for quality used vehicles at great prices, be sure to make Road Ready a priority stop. Customer service here was top notch.

My wife and I purchased a 2018 Audi s5. We were helped by Mikey John. He made the experience extremely easy and understandable for a first time buyer like myself and demonstrated a lot of patience while explaining things. Would definitely do business with Mikey again.

My husband and I drove our new used car home yesterday from Road Ready. Drives beautifully and the interior and exterior look wonderful. Our highest praise goes to Jim Stiles, our salesperson. From start to finish, which was the easiest process ever, he was there to answer any of our questions, we never felt pressured by him and felt comfortable asking all our questions. All the sales people had welcoming smiles which generates a positive feeling as soon as a customer walks in and I am sure anyone of them would be more than helpful but I am so glad Jim was the salesman assigned to us. We recommend asking for him by name if you are looking at cars from Road Ready.

I just bought a 2014 Subaru WRX from these guys. Definitely a professional operation. I was in a time crunch so I was a little more at the mercy for the services they push along with their cars. But their in house financing gave me a better rate than my credit union did, so I’m very happy about that. Anthony was a great salesman. Very personable. I’m overall satisfied with the selection and professionalism of Road Ready Used Cars.

We are still working out which truck we want to buy, but the experience we had so far is top notch. Anthony was our sales rep and was great - we looked through the inventory and he was available to answer questions but was not hovering like most salesmen do. Very low pressure. Bill went over our finance options and was very helpful and down to earth. Dealership is spotless, they have a huge inventory and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much for all your help!
