Guys obviously isn't gourmet, but the food is always fresh, hot and tasty.  Not much more you could ask of a fast food place.

Staff friendly, accommodating, food delicious. I had a burger and fries, which were both better than what i'd expect for the price. Restroom clean. Tables and chairs clean. Layout lent to an atmosphere of privacy not usually found in a fast food place.

Five guys is amazing. If you have an allergy, (unless it's peanuts lol) you'll be able to find something there no matter what. I'm basically paleo and I can still eat there.

AMAZING service: Energetic smiling friendliness, explained the menu to this first-timer, and were nice and helpful and didn't complain or charge me extra for a separate bottom bun when I realized their buns had sesame seeds (which I can't have due to constant diverticulitis).
I could tell from the very first bite of my burger that I was eating real beef. The Little Fries is easily enough for two or three people, and it's obvious they're made from real potatoes. The prices are high and I was hoping the quality would more than make up for that; it was a great burger with my choice of toppings, and the fries were great too, but sadly it was not worth the cost.
Other people's reviews had indicated how spotlessly clean the store was, but that's not what I saw. The crumbs on the floor, not just by my table, easily illustrates their lack of cleanliness, and there were only two other tables occupied during my experience.
There are not many GOOD burgers to choose from in Port Charlotte, FL, but I still will not likely come here again. Overall, I'd say Five Guys is slightly above average.
