We (2 of us) came to this restaurant yesterday, Sunday.  We were met by a wonderful waitress.  We ordered an appetizer and 2 meals.  Our meals came before the appetizer.  We were quite surprised and told the waitress.  She agreed and told us there were 3 new cooks and must have been confused.  She then brought over the appetizer.  We told her we didn't want the appetizer.  She told us if we sent back the appetizer, she would have to pay for it.  We asked to talk to the manager.  She left and came back to tell us there was no manager on duty just a kitchen manager.  She again said he said "she would have to pay for the appetizer". We asked to speak with him again.  She then came back and said the "cook who made the food would pay".  We can not tell you how turned off we were by the unprofessional behavior and comments - bullying employees and not addressing the problem himself.  Won't go back here.....

Hostess sat us down at a high top.  Waited 5-7 minutes, no server.  Pressed the call button at the table, waited again.  15 minutes later decided to sit at the bar.  Upon sitting, politely mentioned no server helped us.  Bartender went off saying everyone sucks, blame me, bit of nutcase.  We ended up walking out.

They offer a Birthday treat, great food and friendly service. But I dont care for loud music.

I'll always give this location a 5 star rating, the waitresses/waiters are always kind and always smiling. My most recent visit was a little shaky, but I only assume the man serving was impaired or new to the job. Fine fluffy fellow. Though, I sat for 15 minutes, when he finally came, it was snappy right down to the beat, and he didn't get a single thing wrong. I tipped $5 (2 more than the machine recommended) and the smile on his face was the brightest and happiest thing I saw. I'm happy to say, I'll always come back, for the best food, and the best people.
