First visit. Burgers are fresh, fries are delicious. As many have said, a regular fries is quite a lot! The music was very loud, hard to hear our number being called. Not very conducive to talking, or digesting. The prices are a bit high, $7-$9 for just the burger and almost $5 for a regular fries. Will def go back again, but maybe take out if the music is still as loud. Not the best burger I have ever had, but in the top 10.

Great place but the employees make it awkward to go in. They're supposed to be happy and inviting but some of them, managers I think, stand in the back in groups and glare at customers.

So, I worked at a different 5 guys all through college. I know the franchise well. This one is incredible! The staff is great & the ingredients/food is better than my store. Katie just made my fries better than I could have made them myself. If you're in West Oly, stop in!

Normally I love this place but tonight your employees were obviously more concerned with getting home than customer service. The girl with blue hair had nothing but a dirty ass look on her face pissed off because we came in 20min before close. Your cooks need replaced, my burger was so cold the buns felt like they came out of the refrigerator.  Definitely wont be going back to this location, ever.
