I would like to compliment the Panera service I just received from the Capital Mall bakery cafe in Olympia, WA. This review is based on my order delivery today. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional and they personalized my online order to accommodate and honor my order request. They went out of their way to ensure I was fully satisfied with my ordering experience. Rest assured I will be placing another order soon. Once again thank you Panera for a positive outcome.

If you like buying your coffee at Starbucks, you stand a fair chance of liking the food offered at Panera. Feels like an expanded version of the "artisan" food items the coffee giant sells. The sandwiches themselves are decent but their soup is better. They usually have a deal of the day or pick 2 type of promotion making it a decent price if you're not too picky.  The environment is warm and casual just like every Panera Bread you'll ever visit. Three outta 5.

Amazing customer service! One of the gals that works there was very sweet to my wife and I. She was very friendly and a hard worker. The ambiance at Panera is perfect. Cozy and relaxing. Good place to read a book or chat with a friend.

I have always loved panera.  I love the kiosks at this one.  They don't all have that.  The kiosks mean J don't usually have to wait in line to order.  Also, the mac and cheese are how baby's are made.   It's the most delightful thing.  It's to the point that if I'm having a meeting and people arrive before me, they just order me the Mac because they know.... It's my favorite.

A typical Panera, so normally good, except each of the three times over the last few months I have ordered breakfast here and they don't have cream cheese. They keep claiming a recall, but a recall that lasts three months, I'm not buying that excuse anymore. If you don't have it take it off the menu!
