Top notch burgers, can be the best in town considering other fast food chains. But their prices are really high compared to all other competitors!! Dietary restrictions: They really take food allergies seriously, as they have made sure to take precautions
I stopped by a few hours ago as I was in the area, and I was hungry. The staff was pretty much nice and friendly. I found the food to be good. My only complaint is that the food takes a while to be made. I was annoyed as people behind me got their order before mine. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with pickles and onions. I was also kind of in a rush as I had to catch the bus and did not want to wait a while for another one. The staff saw I was irritated as the people who ordered after me two people got their food before me. They did say my order was next and almost ready. At least they were understanding.
Good burger although they are heavy on the ketchup and mustardask for half the "grilled" onions werent cooked at all. The chips were nice and got and as always way too many... I just need to fine tune my order with the team. Also the best soda machines I've come across there must be at least 70 options to choose from in one touch screen machine !
First experience, and last. Over charged. Asked for a small burger...got charged $11.30. Which turns out is the price for a double patty. I had never been, so had no idea what I got charged for til my friend told me after I returned from getting the take out. Asked for both kinds of onions raw and grilled, only got a ton of raw on both buns so had to dump off half of them. The receipt had the correct info for the onions. The place was filthy. I was kind of disgusted.
I came right before close and still got fresh fries.. Decided to make a review because the customer service here was immaculate. From the phone call to the visit. Angela was super helpful and truly made the 5 guys experience worth a drive up the street for some fries tehehehe ! Awesome service Angela! Keep the great spirit! The burger tasted great. The fries were very good but very salty. After seeing tons of videos saying you get SO MANY fries at Five Guys we decided to give it a try. We got two burgers and one medium fry thinking there would be tons. It cost 30 bucks after tax and 5% tip with no drinks which is pretty expensive for a burger place. As you can see from the pictures the fries did not run abundant on our order.
Absolutely this location is amazing food always is great ! I’m full I only had two bites !!!!! Yummiiiiii … and it came by Ubereats still hot ! I’m sweating!!! Kid-friendliness: Nice Space great energy
The place is immaculately clean. The staff is always friendly and happy. I think the manager is a petite black woman. She is extremely professional and extremely focused. As she should, she changes her gloves and washes her hands if she switches from handling cash to handling food.Food: 4/5
It's located in a space where there's a lot of homeless which is not the fault of the establishment unless they want to put security around which would be nice but other than that service is always great the prices are too high because a $10 hamburger is stretching it for sure but the quality is high around the service and food and if they could ground themselves a little more with their clientele's pockets I believe their business would soar. They need combos or something to balance out a $20 meal before you even purchase a drink lol! JS delicious food though! Their fries are my favorite treat when I reward myself for stuff
Great burger however, shouldn't be near $40 for 2 cheeseburgers and one fry and one drink .. I think that's beyond what's reasonable for a place at least at this location lacking a drive-thru option.
