Enjoyed breakfast. Very courteous staff. This is the only IHOP I've seen offered free refills on juice and milk. I love the WEST coast even more now. Food was good. Prices are reasonable. If they're crowded when you arrive they take your name/number and send you a message when your table is ready. Free parking in lot.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

The restaurant is off the strip and very well located. There was a little wait but the place was very busy. Our waiter was very nice and polite. Im in love with the mashed potatoes!! As a Canadian i always forget how much butter is served with pancakes and should've asked for less, thats on me. We got our meal quickly especially considering the place was super busy. The only thing is the restrooms, not very clean and need to renovation.

It’s a good iHop.  Good food, good service, and good price.  I arrived and was able to get a table right away.  My food was delivered quickly and hot.  Check out was quick and then I was on my way.

It was great! Great service, great food, but I had to take stars off of atmosphere because I didn't know where to remove points for the dirty utensils we received. The auto-dishwasher must not be working properly. There was still old food on the utensils received. I've worked with those large corporate dishwashers and recognize the stuck on food. Other than that, it was good.

The food was the worst cold bacon cold eggs, our  server I saw Her one time asked to see a manager never came there over Seating, not enough good Server's Here..went home  and cooked my own Beacon  and  eggs..

There was a serious language barrier between the server and myself. I had to repeat my order 4 times and it still came wrong. They need to seriously hire people who actually speak and understand English! And to end up paying $40. for absolute garbage is outrageous!Food: 1/5

We came for breakfast it was about 4 o’clock.we didn’t get waited on right away and the service was really slow and the waitress didn’t come around very often.  the temperature in the restaurant was extremely hot we were all burning up inside even the other customers you you could tell we’re bothered by the heat we had to ask for the happy hour menu didn’t offer us one. The food was OK usually you get a pot of coffee and she brought me one cup and I didn’t get another one till after the meal maybe they were just busy short staffed I don’t know it wasn’t that great of an experience but the food was all right

I've been here a few times and haven't had a bad experience yet. The food is usually IHOP quality which is decent, but the service was great. Laura was my server this time and she was in top of it. She checked up on the table numerous times, brought creamer and more coffee without us having to ask. She helped us out throughout the experience and that was great. Other points to keep in mind: In order to be seated you have to give your name and phone number to be put on a list. The whole party must be present in order to be seated. There wasn't a line when I went in around 10:15 and I imagine that as time goes and restrictions lift, the waiting probably won't be an issue. The place is clean and so are the restrooms. The neighborhood isn't the best so don't leave valuables or bags visibly in your car.

Saw a roach crawl right pass my feet while I sitting on the bench waiting for my to go order. Customer service was Awesome. Food was good but that about killed it for me. I don't do bugs!!Food: 5/5

All items ordered were just as described and expected. The guy who seated us also waited on us and delivered our food lightening fast! Consistency and speed perfect since we needed to move along.
