Just dropped in for a quick sandwich. Met with happy friendly staff. Not a long wait and food was delicious and filling.
First time customer... The Burger and Fries was Fantastic ... The order taker was so disconnected.. Needs to be educated on proper manners. She didn't smile. Didn't offer any help. She did completely RUIN the experience. But the Burger was good
The pinnacle five guy experience. A ton of staff all the time. Someones always cleaning lobby. Bathroom has been spotless the two times I've used it. Food is on point as you'd expect from a 5 guys. Free peanuts and heaping piles of fries. If it wasn't for roadhouse this would be the burger spot in town. Kid-friendliness: The kid size are single patty burgers instead of doubles. Grilled cheese is also available as well for the picker eaters.
Great shakes, decent fries definitely worth the amount you get, either way, very friendly staff. Burgers are way too greasy, it ruins the toppings, so you may as well just eat it plain.
The fries and Salted Caramel were great! But the burger was super dry and just crumbled out of the bun. The bacon was miniscule and crunchy, borderline burnt. Very, very disappointing, considering all the hype...
Went around 8pm and it was fairly busy but not packed. The first incident that occurred was when the cashier girl had asked another co-worker i assume to cover her at the register while she went to the bathroom and the other girl she asked just yelled st her no and that she was busy however all she was doing was walking aimlessly sweeping random things so that wasnt very professional to see from what from my POV looks like personal drama they let is customers in on. And the second thing is that basically nobody in the restaurants order came out right and i know this because i could hear everyone complaining that their burger was incorrect after waiting for 20 mins or so. My boyfriend and i had to play operation on our burgers to switch then around with each other just to make them half right because we had already waited about 15 mins and now our food was wrong. Normally id ask for them to remake them as they were completely incorrect they were rung up correctly BTW but with the amount of time already spent waiting and the other customers with the same issue i chalked it up to poor teamwork and poor attention to detail and left. Sad because the food is generally really good and correct but it was a rough night i guess.
The bacon cheese burger was delicious. The vanilla milkshake reminded me of how Mom used to make them. Good French fries too!Food: 5/5
Food is delicious made with love. Only problem is the wait time. I ordered online , directions said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes, I gave them 10 minutes more after and when I arrived I waited for 40 minutes for my order while everyone else made orders and passed me.Recommended dishesHamburger, Cajun Fries, Double Bacon Burger
The frys are great u don't need to up grade them to loaded like the other guys Hamburgers taste great also Very busy but very fast serviceFood: 5/5
