The only reason I am not giving it one star is because our delivery driver we've had a few times, an older gentleman cannot recall his name, is extremely kind and quick.  He deserves a freaking bonus for working with those who work in that store because Lord knows he needs all the patience to deal with them.  Now for the bad news...  Atrocious customer service - some of the worst I've ever experienced, and the bar is low for a fast food pizza place like this already.  When ordering through the app, it is easy and no issues.  If you try to call and place an order its like talking to a brick wall with an attitude.  I have been hung up on TWICE because I was inquiring about a special they have displayed on their sign outside, but then am told that special is not current and the price for that same item would be the normal menu price nearly double the special price.  The workers there have terrible attitudes and are very rude over the phone.  Forget trying to pick it up in the store - waiting 10+ minutes for someone to help me out at the desk, even though I'm the only one in there.  Food quality has been really hit or miss.  Wings are usually sauced great, hot, and taste fresh.  Pizzas are either woefully under-topped, or way over-topped.  Ordered The Edge pizza recently and goodness, it would have been nice to have some pizza with that flat piece of bread which was way over-seasoned with pepper/seasoning as in salt and pepper I had.  Stick to the wings from this store and get pizzas from some other pizza place.

Poor customer service. Challenging to get any response on the phone to confirm order details. Asked for gluten free pizza in order instructions on app and regular pizza was knowingly sent without notifying they don’t do gluten free orders.

Food is always good but the delivery sucks. They never do contactless delivery despite "contactless" being selected. Its getting ridiculous at this point.

I ordered my usual and it was incorrect, one person told me they would re-make the pizza and deliver it but the female I guess manager called back and stated they had gotten it correct and if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay for it. I usually order from the store at least once a week but I will not order from this store again.

I own my own catering business, but sometimes not cooking is much needed.  I kinda understand prices due to whatever is going on with the economy, but it has gotten way too expensive to afford any more. A family of 3 should be able to eat for less than $65. I will make my own pizza and wings for more than half the cost and a lot healthier.    AND...Got the wrong order to boot.  Will not order from Pizza Hut any longer.  You are too expensive, there is lack of customer service at the time of delivery and at the local level when trying to call and make a complaint.

Detroit style pizza is amazing, but $12 for 6 wings I think not!

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat! I never have an issue, but if I do, they always takes care of it!

I ordered a pizza at 12 52 pm today and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was dealing with a call in center and not anyone locally which in fact worked 2 weeks ago on the 4th. However upon arrival the franchise was locked up with a sign indicating they didn't open till 4. Good news is domino's was open and gained 2 new customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and pasta. I put for extra sauce on pizza because the last few times they skimped on it. The pizzas had almost no sauce and looked like a thin crust when it was hand tossed. The wings were not done and soggy as hell. Would not recommend at all, save your money and go get Mod or Howards. Pizza hut has gone down the drain. Glad I wasted $60 because not even my dog would eat it!
