I normally go to this five guys and have wonderful food and service. But today my fries were burnt and no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, nor mustard. I called to ask someone if something could be done and was put on hold and then immediately hung up on. Called back and talked with someone who then passed me to the trainee and then they hung up on me. Very disappointed and upset.

Our food was busin. Busin I got grilled cheese bun I loved every bite of it. I think about five guys often I try to go 1x a month! Food was hot and fresh. We did wait like 15 mins but it was worth it. We didn’t have enough time to eat there.Recommended dishesLittle Cheeseburger, Regular Fries

Great service! I ordered ahead and picked up in the store. I set the time for pick up, and it's ready on time. Food is always hot and fresh. Why 4 stars for the food category? The fries were way too salty. I actually had to shake them off.Food: 4/5

I love Five Guys, but the Odenton location is lame. I didn't get what I ordered, and our food was cold. There are a few folks working there that take their sweet time, so it's been slow service. It's not an isolated incident; happens a lot. The Greenbelt location is also poor. Other locations I've been to across the country have been awesome. Crofton has been my best experience in MD.

Staff was friendly, food was delicious, and the wait time wasn't terrible considering we placed our order during the dinner rush. Highly recommend a vanilla milkshake with a bit of peanut butter and salted caramel to top off an amazing entree Food: 5/5

Honestly, this place is highly overrated. The overpriced, sloppy burgers and undercooked frenchfries in massive amounts were not worth it. The shakes were good. We got two, sad looking, flat burgers, a lot of soft, flappy fries, and two milk shakes. The total came to $50. Pass on this.Food: 2/5

Sorry the burger was so good this what was left when I got ready to do the review.  I have to say I have not had 5 Guys in quite some time.  But this bacon cheeseburger was out of this world good you could taste the freshness !!!! The restaurant was nice And clean. They social distance the tables is you wanted to eat there. They are very polite and nice. Will defenatley eat here again !
